10 foods you should never put in the freezer. See the link below 👇

3- Coffee
Have extra coffee? Don't even think about freezing it… Ground or whole bean coffee can lose its aroma and absorb freezer odors. To keep it fresh, store it in an airtight container (that blocks both air and light!). If you're going to be away for a long time, you can put it in the refrigerator.

4- Milk and some dairy products
Freezing milk will cause it to lose its usual consistency. The same is true for yogurt. After thawing, these products become lumpy and runny.

Fresh or soft cheeses should also not be frozen. After thawing, these products will lose their texture, become misshapen, and change flavor. However, cheeses with a low moisture content can be frozen.

Dessert creams, which are usually made with milk and sometimes even contain eggs, should not be frozen. This chemical reaction can cause them to curdle and alter their smooth texture. 5- Fruits and vegetables high in water
While some fruits and vegetables freeze perfectly, others do not at all. Generally, these lose texture, firmness, and flavor after thawing. This is the case for fruits and vegetables high in fiber and water:

watermelons
melons
strawberries
tomatoes
celery
salads
cucumbers
onions
peppers
artichokes
eggplants
radishes
lettuce
However, preparations made with cooked eggplant or tomatoes can be frozen.

To freeze these vegetables, it is recommended to blanch them, that is, cook them in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes before placing them in the freezer. Next, drain them well and rinse them lightly under cold water to help them retain their firmness and color. Then, dry them with paper towels before placing them in a freezer bag for better preservation. Once packaged, these foods can be stored in the freezer for almost a year.

6- Pasta
Once thawed, pasta softens and becomes mushy. Furthermore, it loses texture and flavor.
