The world's largest potato
Peter Glazebrook's garden is also home to the world's largest cultivated potatoes. The one weighed at the National Gardening Show on September 4, 2011, at the Royal Bath & West Showground in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, reached 4.98 kg. It surpassed by more than a kilogram the one he had presented the previous year, which had held the world record.
